Terms & Conditions
In case client wishes to prepone/postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges. Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited. In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand. The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment. The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
1. BOOKING AGREEMENT
A booking is confirmed and these Terms and Conditions shall apply when Neelam Holidays have received token advance deposit from the client and the client has received booking written confirmation from Neelam Holidays. The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age and above and agrees to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by Neelam Holidays to confirm the booking. Any client confirming a booking on any tours with more than one client named and booked on such booking represents and warrants to Neelam Holidays.
2. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Neelam Holidays does not provide travel insurance therefore the client must obtain travel insurance from their home country with the minimum recommended medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage covering all applicable dates of any travel with Neelam Holidays and this insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. It is strongly recommended that clients also extend their coverage to include cancellation and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the client. The cost of the tour does not include any insurance coverage for the client, and that the client is required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost to the tour price. When obtaining travel insurance the client must ensure the insurer is aware of the type of travel to be undertaken so that the insurer may properly cover travel on the applicable tour.
Travel must also cover COVID-19 treatments cost in his/her Medical Insurance.
3. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
All clients are obligated to truthfully provide requested relevant medical information to Neelam Holidays upon booking their tour. Clients are responsible for assessing their own suitability and capability to participate a tour with us. All clients should consult their physician regarding their fitness for taking part in the booked tour. Neelam Holidays does not provide medical advice.
Child Policy
Children below four years are treated as free. (only one child for parents).
Child above five to Nine years will charge as 50% that is (2 children between 05 to 09 years will be charged full).
Children above 10 years old will treated as an adult will be charged as full amount.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reasons we must be informed in writing via e-mail. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows
65 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group Bookings)
65 days to 45 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour/service taken
45 days to 35 days prior to arrival -50% of the tour/service taken
35 days prior to check-in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).

Customers requesting a refund are required to mail their formal letters with a detail explanation to:

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if email, mail fail to reach us.
NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
