• All Travelers must download and upload My Sehjatra traveler’s card to enter Malaysia.
• 59 Years and above adult must have 3rd dose to enter Malaysia
• 17 Years and above must have double dose to enter Malaysia
• 5 Years and above child must have rtpcr test report to exit Malaysia
• Note: If Guest is Taking on arrival Visa, then please inform us early at the time of
  confirmation, it take 3 – 4 Hours Minimum for visa on arrival at Malaysian Airport /
  Terminal, if No information has given prior from agent then driver will leave from
  airport as NO SHOW. And additional pick-up charges will be applicable for Separate
  pick up of that particular Guest.

Terms & Conditions

• Genting Hotels Tourism Tax of Rm 3 per Room/ Per Night and Langkawi Island &
• Penang Island’s Hotels is @ Rm 5 per Room/Per Night is applicable.
• Late Night and Early Morning pick up extra surcharges will be applicable.
• Genting Pick time from grand Ion delemon is 1 pm Kuala Lumpur Hotel to Genting
• Pickup at 9 am pick up from awana or first world is 12:30 pm.
• Rooms are subject to availability * 000000000000
• 7:30 PM- 6:00 Am between that time any pick up / Drop to APT additional surcharge
  will be applicable *
• SIC or PVT Standard pick up from KL – Genting is 9:30 Am and from Genting to KL is 12:15 PM and Max 15 Min is waiting time or else it will be NO SHOW *if
• Guest wants to change timing, then additional cost 0chargeable as we have to arrange separate
  vehicle for that Guest * last min changes 100 % cancellation applicable for that
  particular transfer.
• Public holidays surcharge applicable in some of kl hotels as well *
• Rate has quoted based on current ROE of USD, any changes in ROE will affect on cost.
• If payment did not make on given deadline, booking will be auto release.
• If Guest has lost Genting theme park ticket, then they have to buy directly on walk-in
  Rates.
• Coffee Terrace Restaurant at Genting still closed.
• Tourism Tax Rm 10 per Room / per Night not applicable for this year. Any further
  notice will update accordingly.
• For Groups big luggage’s storage place at cable car station, Genting is temporarily
  closed till further notice*
• Vans for FIT Guest can go till hotel lobby at Genting.
• NOTE: RATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND NOT
• APPLICABLE FOR ANY SURCHARGE DATES.
• This is only a quotation and No hotels are book. Rate quoted will be only valid if no.
  of pax remain same as above. Rate and Room will be subject to availability at the time
  of Confirmation. Reservation only upon confirmation. The bedding configuration
  (DBL/TWIN) depends on hotel’s discretion and subject to availability at the time of
  Check-In.
• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to
  kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional
  charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However,
  postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply
  postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases
  postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to
  availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  Cancellation Policy

• If you Cancel your Holiday
• 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost 29
•  20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
• 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in
  rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed
  which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1
  Year from the date of advance payment.
• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e.,
  you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order
  to transfer your booking, you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Booking Terms

• 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the
  time of booking.
• 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 21 days of departuredate.
• 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure
  date.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be
  changed as per the policies
