- You are requested to arrive at the departure point half an earlier than allotted time to avoid hassle.
- The accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered as confirmed unless specifically mentioned and depends on the availability of the rooms. If found full, we shall provide you with another similar property.
- Our cab will remain with you throughout the tour.
- The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own.
- If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.
- It is advisable to take woolen clothes no matter what season you are going in.
- Booking shall be released if the advanced payment was not received o time.
Cancellation Policy
- ” In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason we must be informed in writing via e-mail.
- Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows (this is not valid for group Bookings):
- 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees)
- 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival (35% of the tour/service taken)
- 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival (50% of the tour/service taken)
- 15 days prior to check-in date (100% cancellation charges – NO REFUND).
- Check In-Out at 12:00noon (Early check-in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only

The tour starts at 09.00am:
Accompanied by a guide, leave the city behind and head south towards the region known as the Cradle of Malbec. Set amongst gentle hills and overlooked . Shortly after leaving the city, we join Chacras’s winding road, following the famous curves until we arrive at the main square.
