Reservation Policy

• Above rates not valid from 20th December to 10th January (Peak time)
• Confirmation of Hotel Rooms is subject to the availability. Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e. 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.
• In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your concern.
• In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without
  Deducting any service charge.

Cancellation Policy

• “In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason we must be informed in writing via e-mail.
• Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows (this is not valid for group Bookings):
• 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees)
• 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival (35% of the tour/service taken)
• 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival (50% of the tour/service taken)
• 15 days prior to check-in date (100% cancellation charges – NO REFUND).
• Check In-Out at 12:00noon (Early check-in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only
• In Peak Season above policy will not be applicable.”
